WASD/Arrow Keys, Spacebar, and P (to pause)!

Go for a high score!  Holding down increases your multiplier, which changes both your speedcap and point value per bead.  Holding up while jumping makes you go higher because I thought it would be funny to have an unintuitive game mechanic
